When do the Association's obligations under a covered, reissued or alternative policy or contract cease?
The Association's obligations with respect to such policies and contracts cease on the earliest to occur of:

- The date on which the policyholder, the insured or the Association replaces such policy with another policy,

- The date on which the policy or contract terminates and the Association is not obligated to reissue such policy or contract or to provide an alternative policy,

- Thirty-one days after the nonpayment of any premiums due to the Association, or
- The date on which the maximum amount of benefits payable by the Association to a covered person or on a policy or contract has been paid.
