What claims are covered by the Association?
The Association is obligated to provide coverage on the following claims:

Non-group Life and Health Policies
Claims which are incurred not later than the earlier to occur of: (a) the next renewal date of such policy or contract or (b) one year after the date of the final order of liquidation (except that all claims incurred within thirty days of such order will be paid as well).

Group Life and Health Policies
Claims which are incurred not later than the earlier to occur of: (a) the next renewal date of such policy or contract or (b) one year after the date of the final order of liquidation (except that all claims incurred within thirty days of such order will be paid as well).

Annuities
Any payments which are due under the terms of the annuity, subject to the limitations specified herein.
